Is it just me, or has summer flown? We have been so busy lately, and have had tons of fun things going on that we need to update on, but as usual, we'll see if we get around to getting all the pictures up. We had fun at Leo and Adam's Luau, watching the 24th of July parade and fireworks, and going to Snowbird with the Tylers to name a few. This weekend we are headed to Park City with the Youngs for more fun. But for now I'm a few weeks late on updating some of Ann's happenings.
This little lady had her 4 month appointment a few weeks ago, and boy is she growing! She was in the 90th percentile for height and the 56th for weight. She's tall like William was, but definitely has more chub then that boy ever had! We love her to death, and love watching her learn. She LOVES food. I thought we'd wait to give her solids, but there are some meals where she's watching us eat and demands something. She eats very well when we have given her things, and gets pretty mad if we are not fast enough in getting it to her mouth! She is a rolly polly, and takes over open space, rolling, and even starting to push off with her feet. She's started to pull her knees up under her a few times as well. Crazy girl. She loves blowing bubbles and looking at faces, whether they be real or on a doll. She loves watching William play, and he can make her laugh and laugh anytime he wants to. She loves looking at books, and a few weeks ago discovered she can be really loud if she wants to! She loves to scream (for joy) and loves water, whether it be bath tub or swimming pool.
She also loves to suck on fingers, or anything else she can get her hands on.
She's a goofball and a flirt. She constantly scans the room, looking to make eye contact with someone, and then as soon as she does she gives them one of her biggest brightest smiles.
William is also growing and getting into all kinds of things. He loves monster trucks, and of course continues to love all things McQueen, Buzz, and Woody. His three favorite movies besides those two are Nemo, Bugs Life, and a Goofy Movie. He is super independent, but loves to throw in occassional moments of total dependence (and be called Baby William). He loves swimming and playing at parks. He loves anything with wheels.
He is a ham and always keeps us laughing.

William has also recently discovered the joys of diving boards. He jumps in from the edge all the time, but we went swimming in the Aves with my cousins, and when he saw all the boys going off the diving boards, he NEEDED to as well. We had to pry him away when we were done. He even asked to go off the high dive. I said no. He leaps in with no fear. I love watching him explore.
