It blows me away to look at these pictures and think, "Those are my kids. Do I really have 2 of them?!"
There are those moments when William pushes my buttons (he has a few tricks he likes to do that he knows drive me crazy), and I think I'm going to lose it. But they don't last long because I'll look over and he'll be examining her little fingers, softly touching each one. Or he'll give her a little pat on her tummy and kiss her nose. Then he'll hand her one of his cars, one of the biggest gestures of love that boy can make. And my heart melts.
I'm so grateful to have two healthy, happy, active kids. William is getting to be so polite, too. Whenever Buzz's legs get twisted, William gets so frustrated. He's a little crazy about it. "FIX IT MAMA! HELP!" So I twist Buzz's leg's back (again), and he smiles and says "Thanks mama!" gives me a squeeze and runs. He ALWAYS says thanks.
Annie is the perfect baby. She has me wrapped around her little finger. She just figured out how to stick out her tongue and blow, sending slobber all over the place. She wakes up smiling ALL the time. If she doesn't, stick the binky back in, let her doze for a minute, and then she'll wake up happy. She is such a good sleeper. This little miss loves her brother. She's very fascinated by everything he does. She loves to be by him. And he loves to be by her (a lot of the time).
She's the best "toy" we could bring to church for William. He loves to hold her during Sacrament Meeting.
Danny and I lay in bed at night, marveling at how blessed we are to have such amazing kids.
We sure love our two little munchkins!
